No ice machines. Was directed to a CStore. Great balconies over looking the lake with no chairs. Was advised not to use the balcony. Some were under construction.

Clean and newly renovated rooms. Amenities are good. Kue mountains reosrt property needs to improve signage for the dofferent hotel properties as finding the proper hotel entry and navigating laneways is quite confusing. Signs are too small and hard to see.
The bigges toroblem with the Mosaic hotel is this: TRUCKS MOVING LARGE GARBAGE CONTAINERS AT 6 AM FOR HOURS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. HOTEL GUESTS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE AWAKENED THAT EARLY BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT BANGING.

How can I express my frustration here??? I couldn’t get into my room because NOBODY share the entry code and even worst NOBODY answered my desperate phone calls when I arrived to the property. I have requested my money refund and I have not get response yet, please help me ASAP!

And now that the Eglinton midtown light rail is finally up and running, you're only about 15 minutes ride from Yonge and Eglinton, so the location is even half decent.
